The terms behind every booking, in the order they come up. They apply the same whether the van comes to your curb or you bring the car to the studio.

Personal belongings
We aren't responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please remove your valuables before we start.
Vehicle condition
If the car needs more work than you booked, such as excessive dirt, pet hair or stains, we have the right to refuse the service or adjust the price.
Weather and access
We may reschedule for weather. You provide clear access and working space around the vehicle, at the studio or at your curb.
Cancellations
Give us 24 hours' notice. No-shows may incur a fee or forfeit the service.
Liability
We aren't liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical or electrical issues, or wear that becomes apparent during or after cleaning.
Subscriptions
Maintenance plan visits that are missed are not refunded and do not roll over.
